Campbell brand is famous in all the condensed soup and I had tried both mushroom and chicken flavor.
Very easy too cook. It comes in a paste form in the can and we just need to add water and heat it to boil. A bit salty to me if drink on it own. But just nice if we dip the soup with France bread or crackers.

Whenever I miss the mushroom soup at Pizza Hut, I will always buy this one which I can cook at home comfortably. Even though these days it is raining heavily, this mushroom soup makes me feel safe at home. A true comfort food for lonely people like me.

Tasteless and dense
The right colour of how mushroom soups should be is around brownish to light yellowish. However, this is completely yellow in colour after boiling it. The instructions are simple and it can be made in a matter of minutes. But, the taste is not what you expect of a good mushroom soup. It is surprisingly very dense and salty, leaving a bad aftertaste. It is not light nor does it give off any mushroom aromas from the soup. To me, it’s a gloopy mess that needs a complete overhaul of ingredients. Not recommended.

My description pretty much sums up this review. I anticipated to have bigger pieces of mushroom or a more overall mushroom taste to it. The soup was pretty bland and tasted of just cream, with the flavours lost in it. The consistency was runny instead of a more spoonful one. A bite was all to it. Perhaps adding more mushroom into the base of the soup will help elevate the taste.
