The dressing had a peppery aftertaste on my salads, which felt like it gave the dressing an extra lift besides the standard taste of most caesar dressing. It had the right tones of vinegar and anchovies. It did not overpower anything and is best served with hot fried food as the dressing lingers more then. My taste buds certainly felt satisfying.
