What i love is there are 2x1/2 and 3x1/4 portion which can fill with carbohydrates ?, protein ?, vegetables ? and fruits ?. Besides, it is detachable. I can store snacks or fruits in fridge as well if i don’t wish to make as lunch box, which for me are very convenient.

Moreover, the stainless steel compartments can be used directly on food steamer and electric oven. It is totally safe to bake foods using stainless steel compartments (in electric oven). However, it is not for reheating food in microwave oven. This is due to it works on a different mechanism whereby the stainless steel will block the heat from warming your food, damages your microwave / cause fire / explosion.

my daily hi-tea drink to fill up my stomach while working. taste ok, wont too sweet and feel very refreshed after drink it. easy to prepare & convenient to bring out. it gave me high energy.

the cheapest among others brand. able to clean very well. no skin irritation so far. the lemon smell are very refresh. but for me, i need to apply quite lot, not so concentrate, texture are light. but its totally cheap & reasonable.
