good absorbtion. love the 2 layes pad and i always wore it during my 1st 2 days night menstrual period. no overflow problem and wont leak. best is my sleeping position dont have to adjust in order to avoid the leak. no uncomfortable and no itchy. recommend.

Ideal for heavy days or the starting of my menstrual cycle, this brand is always my go-to because of its ability to absorb large amounts of liquid without leaving me feeling uncomfortable or gross. I particularly look forward to wearing this pad when I exercise or during heavy flow as it stays in place and does not go out of shape even with rigorous activity. Pricing is a little higher for the quantity you get, but after numerous attempts to try different brands, this remains my best one yet.
