去逛大賣場時看到這一罐Nestle Natural Set Yogurt有減價優惠，以為這是可以直接食用就買下來，卻不曉得這是用來配製其他料理如沙律和咖喱的純優酪乳。前幾天打開來直接吃了一口才覺得不妙，那味道酸到不行。一開始打算把它丟掉算了，但又覺得可惜。後來就做了一個嘗試，就是在純優酪乳裡加入煉奶，再加上一些切塊的水果，攪拌均勻後收進冰箱冷凍，五分鐘後拿出來就是美味可口的水果優酪乳了！

Saya amalkan NESTLÉ Natural Set Yogurt ni dlm sarapan sy dlm usaha utk turunkan kadar kolestrol sy.Bagi sy rasa masamnya seimbang dgn kemanisan buah bila sy gaulkannya dgn buahan segar.Teksturnya juga sgt pekat,mudah diolah dlm pelbagai masakan.Rasanya juga tidaklah terlalu berkrim tapi masih sedap utk dinikmati begitu saja.Tidak mngandungi sebarang perisa atau pewarna tambahan,kurang kandungan kolestrol dan semestinya pilihan yg lebih bijak utk sy.Harganya pun masih berpatutan utk dibeli.

Good quality, best alternative
Being an Indian, yogurt/curd is a must in most of the home cooked dishes. It is a struggle sometimes to get fresh curd, so instead I tried this Nestle yogurt and guess what? This is the only yogurt I’ve been buying for the past few months as this yogurt lasts longer and the freshness stays. Definitely one of the best alternatives for raw/fresh yogurt. Give a try.

Excellent body building food
For the past 2 years have been consistently consuming 2 tubs of Nestle natural set yogurt weekly. With only 1.6gm of fat as opposed to 4.1gms of protein. This is excellent food to build muscles. Add some fruits to the yogurt and you have a pretty balanced meal.

Good but could be better
My family consumes quite a bit of yogurt. We prefer to buy plain yogurt then add jam, honey or fruits for a healthier option. However, unlike other brands, I find the Neslte Yogurt is ‘gummier’ and has a much slimier consistency. Hence, I only buy this brand when there are no other alternatives. Given that it’s by Nestle, I had expected the quality to be better.

Prior to my many experiences eating NESTLÉ Natural Set Yogurt over the past years, I hated Yogurt in general, but soon later, my taste buds begin to appreciate the light and creamy taste of yogurt, especially after discovering my love for spicy Indian food and NESTLÉ Natural Set Yogurt. It is honestly the best combination on any curries or spicy food as it mellows the flavours, but not empowering them until it tasted different. It really stands out on its own and does not clash with other flavours, rather it elevates and complements the spicy dishes, like our all-time favourite mamak mee goreng. The best thing about it is that it’s really affordable and not overwhelmingly sweet like Marigold. Two thumbs up.
