Deep frying

For deep frying. I choose this rather than sunflower based cooking oil to save some money. The price for this has been increased since GST introduced. It's a good things that make us used less oil for healthy reason. Product is good and consistently makes our deep fry stuff smell good and tasty.

Knife oil is the first one that my family use it has been for generations before many other cooking oils come into the scene. But my grandpa is a true Knife cooking oil fan and he will not use other cooking oil besides this one which to him has its own nostalgia.

This has been a household brand for me as it has always delivered great quality with purpose. I use this mostly for frying because the blend of oils is really suitable for deep frying or shallow frying. It isn't too oily, nor is it too sticky like corn oil too. The final product of the dish that I utilized with this oil too comes out very fragrant and not overly artificial as well.
