King’s Potong red bean ice cream is my favourite ice-cream since i was young. It has been in the market for years. Now, my kids also love it after i let them to try. Its red bean taste is still about the same as last time. Normally i will buy 2 boxes and keep in fridge as we can finish all very fast.It is so cooling and refreshing if eating red bean ice cream during hot weather.

the taste is not so sweet , just nice! and taste like you are really drinking the soup and eating the bean as well. T
The size is appropriate to quench the craving . 😀
packaging is also good. love the red color and design comes with it. Overall, this ice cream potong manage to become the residence inside my freezer permanently

This is one of my favourite ice cream since i was small. I like it because it is refreshing and nice taste. My whole family like it so much. But one of the disavantage is sometimes its too sweet. It should have some with less sugar

This red bean flavored potong have a strong and tasty red bean texture on it, and more importantly it does not taste artificial. It actually contain real red beans inside, my siblings and I always choose this red bean flavor whenever my mother ask use which one to buy. This is definitely the best out of all the flavors of this product.

My childhood memories

I still remember when my grandma bought this to me and my siblings when we were young . I still remember the creamy taste of it. I love it because it is full of red beans. Even until now, it still remain the same, same taste, same amount of red beans, same size and still one of the favourite ice cream of my life. Will bring some to my siblings tomorrow.

In a hot and humid country, ice cream would be a good selection to sooth and refresh, make urself calm. Compared to other expensive ice cream, i think this would be the one to represent a Malaysian Ice cream, taste really authentic and the sweetness is up to a acceptable levels, creamy and the red beans is well cooked.

The Potong ice-cream is nice to eat. It has fresh red bean inside and its taste nice and refreshing. Potong ice-cream does not melt easily and thus it wont mess up when kids are eating. It wont drip anywhere. Its price is reasonable.

I am a great fan of King’s Potong Red Bean as it is so delicous and tasty. It has many other flavours but my all time favourite choice is King’s Potong Red Bean. It is so nice to eat together with Red Bean as it gives a super taste. I usually bought it from the Giant in a box as my family loves it too. The moment you eat the King’s Potong Red Bean you can feel the cold sensation as it is indeed super. The price is very reasonable and worth to purchase it.

Ice-cream potong or rectangular ice-cream pops are a Malaysian’s obsession. It used to cost 20 cents at one point and helped braved through the Malaysian heat. Forward a few decades later, the popularity has dropped but the quality has not. It taste really refreshing and absorbed all the goodness from the red bean, leaving bits of red bean to chew on each bite, which amplifies the texture of the usual creamy ice-cream. This potong melts slower, meaning that when you take a bite after another, it retains it’s shape and therefore does not drip and spill easily. With red bean at it’s core, it’s one of the best mix to have more and more!
