The list of ingredients seems to be clean enough and is a great option for lactose-intolerant people.

This drink contains Komecera Rice Ceramide, Hithion Torula Yeast Extract and Natural Antioxidants from Berries, Lemon, and Vitamin C.

It also claims to be 100% natural, with no preservatives, no GMO, no colourings, no lactose.

Dextrose is used as the sweetener. Dextrose is a simple sugar which has a chemical composition identical to glucose and is beneficial for health when consumed in moderation.

I’m not commenting on the effectiveness as of yet, as I believe any product (even a good one) takes time to show results, and I have just started trying this drink.

But taste-wise, it is great. Texture is very light and refreshing, not really sweet. Just mix 100ml of water with one sachet of powder.

I believe long-term consumption will show brightening and anti-aging results.

I added the Nutriva Premium Nutritional Yeast Powder to Milo drink, it produced a slightly salty soupy taste. If there's a correct way to describe it, it's probably 'cheese without the milk', so it would be perfect for those who are on a vegan diet but want to eat cheese. It also contains Vitamin B12 which is key in keeping fatigue, blurred vision, pale skin, mobility issues, mood changes and mouth ulcers at bay. As you would have imagined, the Milo-yeast combination is not exactly one of my favourites, but I think it will go great with dishes that are supposed to be salty / savoury in nature, like vegetable salad, mushroom soup or nasi lemak.

The Baby Smooth is a wonderful feet mask that does its job perfectly. It removes dead skin cells and give way to perfect baby smooth skin in just a few days! The first step is to wash your feet, dry them and then cut open the plastic feet masks and put them on. There are stickers provided within the box that help keep the masks in place. Then wait for 1 hour before you take it off. The chemicals in the plastic masks will do their job to exfoliate the dead skin cells from your feet within 5-7 days. Then wait up until the 10th day and you will see the magic! Just a note, this feet mask might not be suitable for those with skin irritations/cuts/burns as they do contain chemicals, so if you have one of these conditions please seek medical advice before proceeding.

I have sensitive skin coupled with mild eczema so I am very careful whenever it comes to choosing skincare products. I have never tried anything from Sanctum before so I'm really quite excited to review this Tone & Refresh Mist.

I use the Sanctum Tone & Refresh Mist morning and night after cleansing my face. I also use it as a mist over my make-up to give it a dewy finish. Most natural or organic products tend to be too oily and often clog my pores, causing breakouts but the Sanctum Tone & Refresh Mist does not give me any problem at all. In fact, it calms and hydrates my skin with the Aloe Vera juice in it. I follow up with a good moisturizer after this product to lock in the natural goodness.

I love that this product contains so many good stuff - Rose Water, Aloe Vera, Cucumber and Witch Hazel Extracts. It has a lovely hint of rose that makes me feel good using it. I am very happy with how this product worked out for me, and I'll be keeping my eyes open for other products from this brand.

I use this derma365 Gentle Lotion right after using the Gentle Cleanser. It has a really nice texture and nourishes my skin effectively. What I like about this lotion is that it is suitable for those who have dry or sensitive skin so it is definitely a blessing to my eczema-prone skin. It also contains organic Colloidal Oatmeal and Trimethylglycine which protects my skin against dehydration. The derma365 Gentle Lotion is priced at RM34.90 for 200ml, which is really affordable. As with the Gentle Cleanser, you can purchase it at any Guardian store nationwide. For best results, I would recommend you to use this together with the Gentle Cleanser. First, shower in lukewarm water using the Gentle Cleanser, then apply this lotion.

This face mask is thicker than normal masks. There are no excess plastic sheets in the packaging to provide structure, so it takes a little effort to unfold the mask. I like that it is made using organic certified cotton which is safer and biodegradable. The scent is very light that it almost feels as if there is no fragrance. The formula is very calming and soothing, and my face feels refreshed and hydrated after using it. I think one way this mask can be improved is to have a complete list of ingredients at the back of each mask packaging.

I'm pretty impressed with this conditioner. It's really good-smelling, and does not make my hair feel oily after using - it only gives my hair a lingering softness. Similar to the shampoo, it contains the organic trio oil, i.e. babassu oil, baobab oil and chufa oil, which claims to reduce dandruff and control formation of flakes. However, I would personally recommend you NOT to apply conditioner to the roots/scalp because it might clog your hair pores and cause scalp pimples. I learned this from experience.

The Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick Flush Bitten contains shea butter which moisturizers your lips. The colour is quite sheer, and can be used with other lipsticks. RD02 Cherry has a pinkish-red shade that gives a natural look to the lips. However, the staying power is not that long, and it does come off on glasses sometimes. It's suitable for daily use and looks good just as it is, or with full makeup.

I just love the colours! I use these to make notes frequently, especially charts and mind maps. I usually use purple for the header and cyan for the description. It really helps that the colours are very pretty and what I write will stay in my mind thereafter.

I've tried all Mentos variations but my favourite (aside from the traditional fruity flavours) is Mentos Air. It's so cool that I can feel icy air coming out from my nostrils. Take this on a hot day and you'll experience brain-freeze!
