Unique taste, enjoyed it a lot!
It looks like cornflakes at first sight, but it melts in my Milo drink. I prefer this over yeast powder. Crunchy and delicious, it adds a unique taste and layering to the plain old Milo. I think it would go great with savoury dishes too so check it out! This is good stuff!

Nutritional Yeast Flakes
Hungry? Wanna eat some snacks but you know eating too much snacks are not healthy. Thus, the best choice is to eat nutritional yeast flakes. I try it out and I find, it taste okay for me. I don’t really like it that much neither i dislike it. Conclusion, it is okay for me. It’s healthy so why not have some nutritional yeast flakes instead of those junk food when you are hungry

Adding goodness without compromising taste
Nutritional yeast supplements are not common in Malaysia while it is practised overseas. For my kids, I sprinkle nutritional yeast powder on their cereal or oatmeal. For myself, i choose nutritional yeast flakes. It is crunchy and surprisingly has a nutty flavor to every crunch. I especially enjoy sprinkling the flakes on my salad and my rice. Knowing that every mouthful is packed full of nutrients makes me feel happy and healthier. Nutritional yeast is full vit B, folic acid and zinc which we need. Fantastic for vegetarians and vegans and for those who are too busy to ensure rounded, healthy meals everyday.

Who needs cheese when I've go this?
Being on a healthy and whole plant-based diet sometimes means that I have to get used to foods that are void from unhealthy condiments as well as dairy products such as cheese. Cheese, by the way, used to be my favourite add-on to my salads, sandwiches, etc. Well, that was like before Nutriva Premium Nutritional Yeast Flakes! Now, I just add this to anything that used to require cheese and I get a lovely flavour plus wholesome goodness too! I love that it’s rich in all the B vitamins as well as Vitamin D, which will help keep me in good overall health! It’s truly one of the best sources of plant protein too. I’m already an avid fan, for my own health.

Pleasantly surprised how great it smells and tastes.
This Nutriva Premium Nutritional Yeast Flakes has been great in my recipies and beverage. It’s is creamier and lighter tasting, great in gravies and ranch dressings. It’s also a good thing to “sneak” into ranch, especially a natural ranch dressing, to fortify a child’s diet without their realization. Good on baked potatoes and popcorn too, sprinkle a little bit on it and it will bring out wonderful cheesy flavor that your kid will crazy about! If you love this stuff as much as I do, you’ll go through it relatively quickly.

Delicious addition to your meals
My first time trying Nutritional Yeast Flakes and i find it soo delicious! The texture reminded me of Nestum and the taste is so yummy, I’m guilty of just eating it on its own? Sprinkled on my pasta and it definitely enhances the flavour. It has that nutty and rich taste. I’d definitely recommend all to try it.

Excellent taste and texture
Oh my goodness – I love Nutriva Premium Nutritional Yeast Flakes! I tried by sprinkling it to omelette and wow it elevated the dish to a whole new level. The texture reminded me of Nestum, but with a savoury twist. The umami taste was just delicious. I must admit I took a spoonful or two on its own because it was just that addictive. I\’m definitely a fan of this product now!

Taste like cheese
I never taste nutritional yeast before but i always see vegan adding the nutritional yeast in their smoothie,salad…now i can taste it by sprinkling in my salad,soup,creamy pasta,omellete.. nutritional yeast..the delicious taste like cheese so good..its high in antioxidants,rich in vit B,no GMO,gluten free,no msg,no salt & dairy free very suitable for daily boost..i love it ❤️

Unexpectedly yummy source of nutrition
I sprinkle and mix it with my rice and it is unexpectedly yummy. The crunchy flakes add another texture to the soft rice. Taste good, a bit like the taste of soy to me. Not salty and non taste of MSG. I would say it is a nutritious and best companion of any food. Easy to consume by sprinkling or mixing in our meal.

Adding texture in my food easily and healthily
I am a fan of Nestum and love to add this in my dishes such as prawn/ meat. When I first received this, it gives me a first thought to replace this with Nestum, and surprisingly, it turns out well too. Naturally rich in proteins and dietary fibres, as well as containing a significant level of vitamins and minerals. The texture is crunchy, but it melts easily in the mouth. You can just simple sprinkle in any of the dishes to enhanced its texture.

Crunchy and melts in your mouth, it exudes a savoury and flavourful taste in any dish that you sprinkle it on. Tastes good even on its own, too. I cannot believe how nutritious this is as it is rich in B-Complex vitamins including B-12, Vitamin D, protein and fibre and has no MSG and salt.
