Innolac supplement is best for kids to boost their immune system. The powder is sugar-free and contains a yummy grape flavor which my kids love it so much. I let them take the probiotic in the morning. Their immune system apparently has some improvement after they start taking the probiotic. Lesser cough and flu nowadays.

Thanks to 100comments for the trial pack of Innolac. I have tried to mixed it with plain water and give my little one (19 months) to try it out. He only drink few of it then rejected.

But for me, im love the Grape flavor. I mixed it with my red bean soup. It really works in our digestion system!

My kiddo prefer to dilute the powder with about 2 oz of plain water and it tastes like grape berries, very nice to drink. My kids usually refuse sour food but they are okay with Innolac Probiotics powder because it's not sour at all. 1 good thing about Innolac is, it do not need to keep in fridge like other brands does, very convenient.

I love Innolac's convenient sachet packaging which makes it a breeze to bring it along with me everywhere I go. The powder is very edible even without water and has a subtle grape flavour. The recommended dosage of one sachet (1g) twice a day before food works well from Day 1 itself. I experienced great digestion and had no more bloating after meals. I also noticed improved immunity as I was coming down with a sore throat but it quickly went away. Love it!
