Plump and delicious
Mushrooms go well with pastas. And i love them together. For this mushrooms it comes in big size. Looks very plump. Have the mushrooms fragrance and not slimy. So, easily cut. I throw away the brine solution. Just take the mushrooms only for cook.

Cendawan butang dia best. Bau tak busuk dan senang nk potong. Bila pegang nak potong tak berlendir. Sedap buat carbonara sauce atau popia carbonara punya inti. Cendawan masih crunchy bila gigit. Lagi satu saiz cendawan dalam tin ni memang sangat puas hati. Besar dan pejal. Setanding dengan harga.

Fresh, solid and big-sized
Ayam Brand mushrooms is my first choice of canned mushrooms because the mushrooms in the can is fresh, solid, big, and there is no tin smell. I usually use one can for two cookings because that is how solid and generous quantity of mushrooms there is.

As a person who love spaghetti I always choose this mushroom. No matter what kind of spaghetti I made because the taste blend well in every type of spaghetti. U can use this mushroom multi ways. I even use it in my mushroom soup. It give the crunchy when u slurp the soup. But not like ayam rendang ‘crispy’

I always opt for Ayam Brand Mushrooms when buying button mushrooms as they are fresh-tasting and really plump. They’re great to be added into spaghetti, sauteed vegetables and many other dishes. However, recently due to the difference in price between Ayam Brand Mushrooms and other brands in the market, I start surveying and buying other brands. So the only downside of this product is its price which is slightly more expensive than other brands…

Plump mushrooms with low sodium
These canned mushrooms are great for stir-fries, noodle soups or simply mixing them into pasta. I love that when you open the can, the mushroom aroma instantly hits your nostrils as you look into big, plump mushrooms swimming in semi-brined water. Once washed, the mushrooms instantly lose at least half the percentage of salt they absorbed in the brine, so it’s all good. These muchrooms saute well as they do great in homemade lasagnas and spaghetti sauces too. I love stir-frying them with some garlic and chilli peppers and creating a dish just on its own, served up with some boiled vegetables. As I’m not a fan of meat, I choose mushrooms as a tasty alternative as the texture tastes closest to meat to me. These mushrooms are soft, chewy and have no hard bits in them hidden anywhere. I love storing these and using them during Chinese New Year or Christmas when I tend to cook large dishes to serve crowds. Absolutely great.
