Use in conjunction with Colgate mouthwash in the same range or Colgate Flouriguard (best using at seperate times). Can be found on offer in Asda and superdrug every few months. A foreign version is sold in the pound shops, but they contain different ingredients and could easily be fake so avoid (labelled maximum anti carries).
