First time making Paus and so I bought this Blue Key Pau Flour to try out. It has a great fine texture and good volume. It's super simple and easy to make, just follow the instructions step by step and even recipe is provided for new beginners like me, wow! I love the outcome of the Paus; super white, soft and fluffy. Will try to make again definitely!

Uli dough untuk buat pau memang best guna tepung blue key ni. Pau yg terhasil cantik berwarna putih bersih dan tak kuning2 pun. Tersenyum lebar setiap kali buat pau. Pau pun gebu.
