Easy to make, Fluffy White Paus

First time making Paus and so I bought this Blue Key Pau Flour to try out. It has a great fine texture and good volume. It’s super simple and easy to make, just follow the instructions step by step and even recipe is provided for new beginners like me, wow! I love the outcome of the Paus; super white, soft and fluffy. Will try to make again definitely!

Uli dough untuk buat pau memang best guna tepung blue key ni. Pau yg terhasil cantik berwarna putih bersih dan tak kuning2 pun. Tersenyum lebar setiap kali buat pau. Pau pun gebu. Anak2, keluarga dan rakan2 pun gemarkan pau saya drp tepung blue key ni. Kalau dulu risau buat pau kuning2 je warna. Sekarang dah tak risau lg.

Tepung yg selalu saya cari ketika nk buat pau..lebih mudah untuk buat pau yg gebu dan cantik dgn mnggunakan tepung pau blue key ni..tekstur tepungnya sgt berkualiti,tiada sebarang serangga dan partikel..x perlu ditapis..memudahkan kerja saya..pau naik dengan gebu tanpa merekah..sememangnya piligan saya..harga untuk 1 kotak yg mngandungi 1kg tepung juga masih berpatutan untuk dibeli.

Pau yg terhasil daripada tepung pau bluekey mmg terbaik. Permukaan pau yg licin lebih putih suci murni dan sangat gebu gebas. Dengan tepung pau ni tak perlu susah2 mengadun tepung dengan tambahan pelbagai bahan2 lain. Pau yg terhasil sangat lembut dan kekal.lembut walaupun sudah lama dikukus

If you wanted a cheat sheet during an exam but in terms of baking paus, Blue Key Pau Flour is the solution to your troubles. I first made a batch of red bean paste paus using this flour and it turned out well. It did not puff up as much as I would because since it’s premade, the air doesnt rise in the pau. Steaming it was no trouble at all. It rises well and has a nice, chewy texture. A great starter pack for those NEW to paos.
