Kalau dah suka memasak tu rasa kurang puas bila masak lemak menggunakan santan segera yg dah ditrim ni. Hilang nikmat seketika masa makan. Macam ada sesuatu yg tertinggal. Masakan jadi lebih cair. Kurang kawww lah masakan dengan santan yg dah trim ni. Saya memang tak rekomen kalau anda sejenis yg menikmati
setiap rasa makanan.

Saya saja cuba santan trim jenama Ayam Brand ni.Rupanya rasanya kurang lemak dan tidak berapa sesuai pada saya untuk beberapa jenis masakan yang memang memerlukan lemak terasa.Saya lebih menyukai santan lain dan bukan trim.Baik untuk kesihatan tapi tidak sesuai dengan selera saya.

Not too rich which is easily liked by family
I dislike coconut milk that is too thick and rich as the taste of it can be too cloying and heavy on the mouth at times. I prefer this trimmed version of coconut milk from Ayam Brand because it delivers the same great taste of coconut milk without compromising the authentic taste of it. The texture is slightly thinner compared to the normal one which I prefer too. It pairs well with cendol and other local delights.
