They live in oceans off the West coast of Vancouver Island, Russia, Ukraine and Japan, feeding mainly on plankton, which are the actual Omega 3 factories. Krill oil has been known to be packed with micronutrients that is vital to sustain our body’s health. Vitamode Krill Oil is packed into a little capsule that is full with nutrients that keeps my energy pumping and heart health in check for the long run. The smell of the capsule can be a little fishy, but that only proves its authenticity. No worries though, the scent of it isn’t recognizable once it’s swallowed. It is best to consume daily in the morning after breakfast to start the day right. A good substitute to fish oil.

I love this supplement as it gives many benefits to my health because as we all know, krill oil has many health benefits. Firstly, it benefits PMS where it improves physical and emotional symptoms; reduces breast tenderness, stress, irritability, depression, joint discomfort, and bloating; improvements on weight, abdominal discomfort and swelling. It also improves our quality of life by increases memory, concentration, and alertness; improves emotional and physical health; improves calmness and tolerance of stress . What i loved more, it has anti-inflammatory and powerful anti-oxidant properties to protects the skin from UV damage.

Remember when mum keeps forcing us to eat fish oil because it contains lots of Omega-3 fatty acids? Now, there is a long debate over which is better as krill oil is in the market. For me, it is Vitamode Superba’s formula which includes extracting their Euphausia superba, an Antarctic krill from natural and pure environments, one that is not laden with conditioned environments, that comes out on top. Rich in both EPA and DHA, it is good for cholesterol, in leading a healthy mind and body. Also, kids can have an easier time to swallow, since it’s a smaller pill. The health nutrients that come with it is readily absorbed by the cells which means a more stable and efficient intake, rather than just overconsuming. Because it’s function is to reduce blood coagulation, any accidental injuries would not swell too quickly, and is essential in life and death situation. Highly recommended for daily intake for better results.

Vitamode Superba Krill oil adalah supplemet yang terbaik buat ibu saya. Ibu saya mengalami masalah sakit lutut kerana faktor usia yang telah meningkat. Sebelum ini ibu tidak boleh menaiki tangga, tidak dapat berjalan lama dan tidak boleh berdiri terlalu lama. Saya memberi ibu kapsul Krill Oil. Setelah ibu mengamalkan Krill Oil selama seminggu, Ibu tidak berasa sakit lagi untuk menaiki tangga dan pergerakkannya tidak terbatas lagi. Kami sekeluarga gembira melihat perubahan ibu. Sewaktu solat juga, ibu tidak perlu duduk di kerusi lagi. Krill Oil memang serasi dengan ibu saya. Terima Kasih Krill Oil dan 100comments..
