My cooking seems more perfect if I drizzle a bit of Lea & Perrin. It taste salty and smell a bit soury. My grandfather and my mother made me using this Lea & Perrin at younger age. Now, it is a must have at home. No need to put a lot just a little bit is good enough. Best use for marinade.
