Definitely would recommend this as a mass gainer for hard gainers or overall use staggering the scoops foe your protein needs. I was impressed with the digestion and no bloat. Muscle hardness definitely improved as well. I did notice though after being consistent for a week or 2 and missing 3 days, getting back on took some adjusting. Water intake is a must. But with 2 servings a day I am planning to make this a staple.

The taste the price the usage all in one are really worth to buy.. Compare to other brand, they have a long way to go to be compareable with nutella.. Cheerios..
