I have been using this lotion for a long time. Would totally recommend this for a lot more people as this lotion is not leave you feeling sticky and it gave out a good scent for a long period. It moisturizes my skin and also give whitening effect.

good for students with less time to cook. just eat it with bread or crackers anytime. doesn't need to be heated (only do so when u prefer). i always take this as my breakfast and it keeps me full until noon. sold at affordable price and it's a good item to have.
