The result is great but taste very bad
4/5 is all for the results it deliver, because it taste so disgusting to me and also stinks up my shaker. There is one time i left my shaker at the gym locker and when im back for it the smell is so awful that i have to just throw my shaker away. Some of my friends are fine with the taste as they mix it with milk and it taste alittle bit better afterwards. Beside from the bad taste experience that i have, the result was a more muscular body. Since it is loaded with high creatine and protein, it gives a lean and toned body look. I have a very high metabolism and yet this can show the results in just few weeks followed with hardcore training. I can see my chest have that ripped and buff shape after chest day and i just feel so good about it. The result was amazing it is just that the taste which is hard for me and i get very bloated each time i take it. I have to wait more than an hour to have my meal afterwards. Maybe its the creatine that my stomach cant tolerate it. If youre an adventurous in trying new taste then you can go ahead to try it out because the result is really good compared to ON Serious Mass.

What i like about this weight gainer is that it contains such a complete basic of nutrition that are high in protein and carbs,while loaded with vitamins and minerals. It is also added with a low ammount of creatine and some good ammount of glutamine which can promote faster muscle recovery. So far it is my 3rd bag and im loving it. The taste ive tried so far are chocolate and vanila flavour. I prefer the chocolate one as it taste alittle bit coco-ish (blackforest chocolate) while the vanila is kinda sweet for me. Although taste is subjective, I have gained more than 10kgs in just 3 months by taking only 1 serving from this bag per day. Of course i followed a high calorie diet which involves alot of meats, eggs, rice, veges n fruits and hits the gym 5 times per week. 1 serving is about 2 scoops of the powder and for me i break it down into 2 servings with 1 scoop each time. So 1 scoop i will take it after my workout and another one during snack time. On non-workout days i only take 1-2 scoops depending on my food intake. Compared to my last attempt in putting on gains, this time is much more faster and easier with serious mass which i highly recommend it to anyone. The results are unbelievably fast and visible. I have even change my closet because my size has increased. I can feel my jeans are getting tighter and shirt getting smaller. And it sure does amaze my friends and family and they always mentioned that i became buff, strong looking body now.
