I got the chance to use this product for the past 2 weeks. The box contains 30 sachets, 1 sachet per serving. I prefer to consume it on its own by adding cold water to the powder and stir well. You could also mix it with your favorite drink or juice. What I like most about the drink is it doesn't have any weird taste. In fact just like drinking plain water, but with subtle hint of berry smell. I sometimes have joint pains as I run a lot and takes a week to recover. Now I noticed that I recover much faster, as early as 3 days. Highly recommended, good quality product.

Love this product. I was told about this product, that is would stop a cold. Thank goodness, I got a chance to review this product. love it?. I even told all my friends. I take a sachet when I'm getting a head cold, allergy type symptom. I take it plain, or in juice, but i like the most when i mix with yogurt . Take it two times a day with symptoms. Go to bed, wake up much better. After symptoms are gone, I still continue to take it in the AM and PM for a few days. What i can see.. it didn't work on the flu...but works great for colds, virus, sinus, and upper respiratory symptoms. I tell everyone about it when they have a cold. I really really recommended this product???

Taste very good and can mix with your favourite drinks like yogurt or milk. I love it because it have the vitamin B that i most needed and it strengthens my immune system. I usually easily get cold and flu, but i can see improvement after i tried it for few days. You can drink it confidently as it's low in fibre, low in calorie and fat-free.
