How I prepare and consume the chia seed?
I normally soak the chia seed in water (sometimes overnight - 3 tablespoon + 1 cup water) before consuming it - apparently that is a safer way to eat it. Chia seed expands multiple times when it is soaked in water and it creates a slimy coating.
Ways that I consume the soaked chia seed:-
1. Add to yogurt
2. Consume with fruit juice
3. Mix and blend together with berries smoothies
4. Sprinkled on oats
5. Simple one is just add in water bottle for daily water consumption
