Combining a healthier blend

A recent trip to the supermarket led me to this product that was under promotion. The colour is light and not too dark, which normally is a good sign to make sure the oil is not old. When stir-frying my vegetables, the oil retains its heat and easily adds to the fragrance of my dishes. Good overall oil to use for muti-purpose cooking and baking.
