    While most of our time are at home, thus we certainly need to find meaning in it by making good use of the time. I’ve have started to bake as I’m into cookies lately. Scrolling through recipes online and they recommended unsalted butter for cookies. That’s how I started. To my surprise, the cookies gives a rich and smooth aroma, while I am able to control how much salt that goes into baking cookies.

    The splendid yumminess of SCS Pure Creamery Butter (Unsalted) is evident, even minus the salt! In fact, I can clearly enjoy its smooth texture and rich, creamy goodness, fortified with high calcium. My whole family loves it, too!

    I noticed that most baking recipes ask for unsalted butter. This makes SCS Unsalted Butter perfect for baking those delicious cakes, muffins and cookies. I also use it for frying eggs or french toasts as the lack of salt makes it a healthier choice!
