Good for ladies

My sister took this during her period. It is very good as it effectively producing the red blood cells and giving her better energy. Often menstrual cycle makes her feel lack of energy and also pain. But doctor recommended her to take this during her menstrual cycle and it works.

Anemic solution

When I was younger, my doctor prescribed me this supplement due to my anemic problem – my hemoglobin level was low. I always took one tablet daily (day time after breakfast), especially during my menstrual period. It is also advisable to drink more water after intake of the tablet.

After a few months taking this Sangobion tablet, I went back to the doctor and did blood test. My hemoglobin level has improved and increase back to the normal range. After that it was not necessary for me to eat the tablet anymore. So, I would advise any of you who are taking this tablet to seek doctor advice whether to continue or stop taking the tablet.
