    Saji made this sweet soya sauce as an alternative to just the dark and light ones which primarily taste salty. With this, I get to avoid adding more sugar into my dishes because the sweetness is already being covered by the soya sauce. It adds a different depth of flavour to my dishes, especially when complementing it with sweet dishes like sweet and sour chicken and braised pumpkin. It’s definitely for those wanting to have a sweeter aftertaste, rather than a salty one that makes you dehydrated. Very unique.
