This is amazing when I get my medical report on cholesterol level after I consume pristine rolled oats for 6 months , the cholesterol reading is reduced from high to normal range. The best breakfast that improve my health!

Super Value Rolled Oat

This is a super value pack for rolled oat when i shop in the grocery department.
But then this rolled oat is more thick (hard) if compare with other brands.

Oats have been well-advertised to be able to lower cholesterol with the help of beta-glucan and promoting good cholesterol. These oats are not too bad with making overnight oats or even used for baking or incorporating into a full scale rice meal. These oats are rolled and they do not crumble easily as they still maintain the right moistness and does not come packed being too dry. I also like that the product arrives in full rolled oats and not crumbled everywhere in the packet. It’s ideal for cooking traditional, old-school oatmeal or even just making your own granolas.

Rolled oats imported all the way from Australia. It is among one of the cheaper but high quality rolled oats that you can find in grocery shops. I use this brand to make my granola bars and it turns out wonderful!
