Rasanya ubat ini ok dan boleh di makan semua orang dengan mudah, perlu minum air yang secukupnya.Selepas makan, saya dapat rasakan perubahan iaitu tidak mengantuk di dalam kelas dan lebih fokus ketika revision nota kuliah.Badan juga rasa lebih bertenaga dan kurang mengantuk serta dapat bertahan melakukan pelbagai aktiviti seharian tanpa berasa cepat penat.Memang saya syorkan untuk kegunaan semua orang tidak mengira umur.

Contains high concentration of ginseng to boost your energy level. Good for elderly and the young ones who need feel lethargic or tired during their daily routing. But not for pregnant women or those breastfeeding or elderly patients already on anti-platelets because of the anti-coagulation factor in ginseng which might increase the risk of bleeding. I do not take this myself because I am still breastfeeding but my hubby does. My husband works overnight quite often and the next day he can become super tired. He used to keep himself awake (as he still needs to work the full day after too) by guzzling coffee...but since he started taking this particular multivitamin, he finds that he only needs his regular cuppa coffee to tie him over. Good product but it does leave a slight taste in the mouth which may not be acceptable to many.

The supplement increase physical energy for daily task. I don't feel tired easily. Drink more water when taking supplement as it a bit heaty to me. Can be consume for a months.
