The first 2 weeks I tried this, I noticed my skin feels a little less dry and I don't feel the need to immediately slather lotion on my legs to keep them from feeling dry and itchy after having my shower. I was expecting this good results since olive oil is after all very beneficial on dry skin.
I am however quite surprised to find another benefit. I usually exercise 3 times a week or else my muscles get cramp and stiff easily. Since I was sick the whole last month, I can't get myself to exercise since I feel tired all the time. Normally that would cause me to get muscle stiffness but strangely I did not experience any of that at all. So I believe this would be quite beneficial if you're suffering from joint problems such as Rheumatoid arthritis.

The first time i used this product ( its a liquid come with a dropper)the taste was not my choice, its feel weird, somehow there is a bitter and oily during you consume, i never tasted such but sooner after 2 weeks i gradually liking the taste , its being more friendly to my mouth and its test yummy for me now.I dont have that feelings of unconfortable when consume it.
Normally i consume 5 drops daily after my dinner. For over 2 weeks now am taking this product , i realise my skin less sensitive, i have dried skin on my foot, usually it will be very very dried and very sensitive but after consume this product my foot become less dry. Am so appreciate this product.
Even my hand feel dry, now i dont feel much dry. My immune system i feel more energetic , less feeling tired event working for almost 12hrs a day.

The concentrated, strong, slightly bitter taste is something to get used to though - I find it tastes better when added to the last dregs of my coffee that is no longer hot - the heat will destroy the goodness of PurEssense, you see. The good news is, because it's so concentrated, it really is more effective. Saya dah consume Nutriva Oliferin PurEssense lebih dari seminggu, sepanjang hari. Apa yang saya boleh kata, olive oil ini sangat pekat dan satu pengalaman baru bagi saya untuk telan/minum minyak ni. Saya akan minum 8titik Nutriva Oliferin PurEssense dan mix dengan air suam. Bagi saya ianya sangat mudah dan tiada apa2 masalah untuk ditelan. Very convenience dan mudah untuk dibawa ke office.
So far, tiada banyak perubahan dalaman yang saya lalui tapi untuk kecantikan/kecergasan luaran, ada perubahan. Muka kelihatan lebih bermaya dan lebih bertenaga. Sebelum ni muka saya agak kusam dan mudah berjerawat.. Sekarang tiada lagi.. Saya pun lebih yakin bila berhadapan dengan orang lain.. Mungkin perlu istiqomah untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik terutama untuk kesihatan dalaman..
Cuma satu kekurangan yang saya dapat katakan, minyak susah nak keluar dari botol. Mungkin lepas ni, pihak Oliferin perlu baiki packaging/botol yang lebih sesuai dan memudahkan pengguna.

it's really fast absorb and can be use for internal and external use as well.
Weakpoint is taste is little bitter, and i found that it's very hard to drop the liquid out.

Instead of taking a pill or prepare the raw olive by myself, Nutriva Oliferin PurEssense is much more convenience especially for those busy working adult.
