I seem to have all the signs: family complains about the TV too loud, frequently saying \"what?\", can\'t follow conversations in noisy restaurants, etc. I had an appointment at Nessa after receiving the voucher. I had thought from the information I had read on their website that they would carry out hearing tests and then recommend the type of hearing aid that would benefit me. The audiologist showed me their top of the range model, Eventually he got round to the actual hearing test. After that was done, he told me the result and programmed the hearing aids he had shown me before and inserted them in my ears. We then went for a walk around so that he could demonstrate how much improved my hearing was with the aids on. Back in the consulting room I tried to get details of the audiogram and what it meant, but all he would really say was that I had normal age-related hearing loss and it would definitely be improved by hearing aids. He showed me more of the accessories for the hearing aid models that I was wearing. Overall, I am satisfied and happy with their service, explain in details, professional, and flexible enough based on customer\'s preference. One bonus point is the facility and room is relatively new and clean, comfortable room temperate and the officer is well trained

Pendengaran adalah anugerah yang tidak ternilai. Kadang-kadang bunyi yang terlampau kuat boleh merosakan pendengaran kita. Begitu juga dengan penggunaan kapas pengorek telinga. Bermula dengan temu janji secara talian, tarikh ujian pendengaran ditetapkan. Terletak di Sunway Nexis Soho, Kota Damansara, Nessa hearing boleh diakses dengan pengangkutan awam iaitu MRT. Ujian pertama ialah mengukur tahap kesihatan gegendang telinga. Sejenis alat yang menunjukkan graf denyutan gegendang telinga akan disumbat ke dalam telinga. Penerima rawatan tidak boleh bergerak pada sesi ini kerana sedikit gerakan akan menyebabkan graf tidak dapat dibaca. Setelah itu, telinga akan di cek untuk melihat keganjilan aktiviti yang ada didalam telinga. Barulah ujian bunyi diadakan. Ujian sebelah telinga dilakukan terlebih dahulu kemudian sebelah lagi dan diikuti dengan ujian bunyi dibelakang tulang telinga. Untuk keputusan rawatan, bacaan adalah normal bagi orang biasa dengan pendengaran 20 dan ke bawah. Pakar juga telah menyarankan untuk melakukan ujian ini sekali atau dua kali setahun.

Nessa provide ear check and hearing test, analysis and also review with professional advice. Luckily that result is actually good, still within the normal level. I\'m happy & satisfy with the service.
