Chilli Flakes are the chopped, diced fruits of a perennial shrub native to the Americas and now grown throughout the world.  A popular hot spice with bite. There are hundreds of varieties of chilli which can be found in many parts of the world. They were eaten by the Mexican indians as early as 7000BC.  Chilli Flakes are usually finely chopped, dried sannam-type chillies from India. They are bright red with lots of seeds.

Baru-baru ni saya masak mi kering goreng. Saya tabur lah chili flakes sesedap rasa. Rasa masakan mi tarik saya lebih pedas. Nasib baik tidak menggunakan sebarang cili semasa menumis. Pedas chili flakes semata-mata. Rasa sama mcm letak cili kering. Ia pedas tapi sekejap je lepas tu hilang.

Masterfoods chilli flakes is a must have in our home. I use it a lot on pizza to spice up the flavour of the pizza. It's tastes good and I only use a tiny little bit of this chilli – pretty good and strong.

Spicy with a bit of kick to it, these chilli flakes is versatile as can be as it can be used for seasoning pastas, soups and even as a topping on pizzas. I like the spiciness of the product but unfortunately, it is nothing special compared to any other conventional chilli flakes you can obtain from a sundry shop. Nonetheless, the chilli flakes tastes fresher and it seems to be of fresher stock compared to those cheaper ones you get in the market. But nonetheless, it is still the same chilli flakes with the same taste.
