    I love to use this Knife Classic Light Soy Sauce to cook meals. It makes the meals so yummy. I normally use it to cook dishes or use as dipping sauce. Even a little bit is enough to make a dish taste better. The price of the soy sauce is affordable and it can be easily get it from hypermarkets.

    This is my current favorite light soy sauce that has light black texture unlike some other soy sauce that is ink black (too artificial). The saltiness of the soy sauce is just nice. I normally use it to cook dishes or use as dipping sauce.

    This is easily available in any local supermarket. I always buy the twin pack with free small size Knife Sesame Oil that cost around RM12-RM16 – very good deal.

    Knife Classic Light Soy Sauce is not too salty or dark. It is suitable to cook or as dipping sauce. I use it to cook for my kids cause they cannot eat food that is too salty.

    Light and easy to use in any dish or cooking

    I use this brand of soy sauce because it has the perfect balance of tanginess, sweetness and saltiness without the excessive taste of soybeans and fermentation like how some other conventional brands may have. The soy sauce is rather diluted in texture which makes it easy for stir-fries, dips and even as a condiment in your mashed potatoes. I really like the aroma and the bottle looks very nice and elegant too. Beware though, you have to place it in the fridge after opening as it will tend to grow mould if not refrigerated.

    A must have in any kitchen

    This soy sauce is not too dark or salty like some other brands. When they call it “light”, they mean it. I use it a lot in my cooking. The flavor is quite robust and even a little bit is enough to make a dish taste better. And even when I get blur and accidentally add too much, the taste is not too overpowering.
