I don't ever add sugar for taste like some people I know because i love the taste the way it is.This type of diet would work with just about any cereal.

My kids like it much. They like to dip it into milk or milo. I will give them to eat Kellogg’s Special K Original Cereal with their milk before they sleep. So that they will feel full and can sleep tight at night.

I love Special K! It's tasty and not overly sweet. It works best when you pour cold milk over it and let it sit for a few minutes. Delicious! I have it for breakfast and keys me going until it's time for lunch. The only downside is the price.
