Sy berkahwin dengan mualaf berbangsa cina. Dalam masakan melayu setahu sy x pernah ada masakan yg menggunakan minyak bijan, tp sejak berkahwin minyak bijan ni dah tiap2 minggu ada dalam masakan, suami yg ajar letak dalam perapan ayam, masak stim ikan, dalam nasi goreng pn letak minyak bijan. Bau masakan jd wangi sangat, jd 1 rasa yg berbeza pada masakan. For those malay yg nk cuba guna minyak bijan boleh cuba jenama ni.

Nutty flavor that elevates to any dish

I use this sesame oil to marinate meats, fish and other poultry as it is one of the most authentic sesame oils there is out there. The flavor profile of it is nutty, yet simply delicate to add more flavor to my dish, so it really helps with eliminating all the fishy and unpleasant meat scent that some of us dislike. This sesame oil brand is simply one of the best out there and selling at a reasonable price too.
