How to Use:
Use 1 piece per serving. Serve one. Steep bird’s nest in a bowl of warm water for 1 hours, or until it expands and softens in texture. Place the expanded bird’s nest in double-boiler. Add 2 bowls of warm water (or 300ml) and 30gm cane sugar. Double boil for 1 hour with moderate flame. Serve
