Saya mmg kurang suka ambil vit c jenis cecair krn tekak mmg sukar nk terima.Saya pernah mncuba Cebion Effervescent Vitamin C + Calcium ni dan bagi sy vit c jenis kemam lebih mudah diambil.Tekstur vit cebion ni mmg mudah larut dlm air tapi rasa orennya agak pelik dan masam.Sukar dinikmati ketika di luar rumah krn ia memerlukan air utk dilarutkan.Saya lebih memilih vit c jenis tablet mudah larut,senang dinikmati di mana jua.Untuk harga,masih berbaloi dibeli,& kesannya pun sgt efektif seperti jenama lain jika diambil secara teratur.

I am not fond of drinking my Vitamin C, mainly because it almost feels too sweet and artificial for my liking. Same goes for this, I only drink this during emergencies like when I know I'll be out in a rush. The effervescence is strong when it's first dissolved into the water, but leaving it after a few hours, it tastes weird, and especially if its warm. So, make sure the ratio of water per tablet is small because you want the drink to be concentrated to maximise absorption of Vitamin C. Other than that, it's convenient as you can just pop one into your drinking bottle and head out for any activity. It's still a quick fix for your daily Vitamin C intake.
