Saya tak pasti saya seorang saja ke yg rasa buttercup block ni lebih sedap berbanding buttercup dlm tub. Buttercup block ni original yg dah bergaram. Sedap sangat sapu pada roti. Masin-masin berlemak rasanya. Kalau buat kek lagi semerbak bau harum buttercup ni. Buttercup block ni wajib simpan dalam chiller. Kadang saya buat stock simpan dlm freezer. Nak guna baru keluarkan.

Antara produk yang saya guna untuk buat pelbagai jenis pencuci mulut dan juga kek. Boleh juga untuk menggantikan minyak. Kalau buat kek tu rasa dia akan sedap dan lembut je kek. Buttercup memang terbaik. Saya sarankan kepada semua untuk menggunakan buttercup.

Lembut dan lazat dengan buttercup

Ini adalah mentega kegemaran saya. Ia sesuai untuk membuat kek, biskut mahupun sapuan di atas roti. Teksturnya lembut dan aromanya memang wangi membuat lek dan biskut saya sedap. Pada kertas balutannya terdapat tanda setiap 50gm dan ia memudahkan saya untuk mengeratnya mengikut berat yang diperlukan. Bagi saya dahulunya ia mentega kelas bawahan yang boleh dibeli kerana harganya lebih murah. Namun sekarang agak mahal.

Buttercup ni antara spread kegemaran saya. Biasa guna buat kek. Memang wangi dan kek terhasil gebu dan enak. Simpan dalam freezer bila dinyah beku masih dalam shape dan senang untuk bekerja dengan buttercup ni. Tapi harga semakin mahal. Bila murah memang borong la beli.

一路以来都用这个牌子的牛油，无论是用来煮意大利面，烘培蛋糕，煎东西味道都很香！感觉这个会比较健康过普通的牛油牌子！价钱中等，有折扣时会比较便宜。赞！
