Brahims Satay Sauce the delicious ready-to-cook sauce packed with peanuts, chillies, onions and tamarind ideal for cooking up aromatic dishes.
Cooking Instructions :-
1. Place unopened Brahims Satay Sauce pack in boiling water for 5 minutes.
2. Remove the pack from boiling water, cut open the pouch and transfer to serving dish.
Always check that the product is piping hot before serving.
Ingredients :-
Water, peanut, onion, chilli, sugar, palm olein, lemon grass, salt, tamarind and shrimp paste.

Kuah satay segera keluaran Brahims ini memudahkan jika terasa nak makan kuah kacang..Tak perlu bersusah nak tumis rempah2 dan tumbuk bahan2..Penyediaannya juga mudah..Hanya panaskan paket dalam air yang mendidih selama lebih kurang 5 minit..Toskan dan koyakkan paket..Selain makan dengan satay,saya juga menikmati dengan tauhu sumbat dan cucur udang..

Great for marinating meats and not just for satay
This sauce is thick enough yet not too oily to marinate most poultries and not just meant for satay making. I love that the sauce has just the right amount of spice and saltiness in it. If you want to add more aroma to the sauce, try adding more spices and herbs in there to customize your own marinade. The only thing is that I do not like that it comes in a soft pack, meaning once you open the product, you have to either use it up or you have to keep it in an airtight container for use later which may be a bit inconvenient sometimes.
