Lazada Now Offers 3 Times Your Money Back with Milk Formula Guarantee

KUALA LUMPUR, 17 October 2019 – Parents can shop worry-free when purchasing milk formula from Malaysia’s leading eCommerce platform with Lazada’s improved Milk Formula Guarantee, which now offers a 3 times Money Back Guarantee on authentic products with an extended minimum of 7-months-to-expiry (previously 6 months) from delivery date*.

Covering 18 trusted milk brands available on LazMall, the refreshed Milk Formula Guarantee offers twice the variety available from last year when Lazada pioneered this first-of-its-kind assurance to Malaysian parents.

Warehouse personnel regularly perform checks to ensure that products are in good condition and organized correctly as products are stored or removed when restocking or fulfilling an order.

All products under the Milk Formula Guarantee are sourced directly from brands and manufacturers, taking into account brand trademark documentation, excellent seller rating, and good fulfilment scores. The products then undergo stringent inbound and outbound processes at our own Lazada eLogistics (LeL) warehouses to ensure that the correct products are received and delivered.

“Our promise to Lazada shoppers is that their orders are handled with care from the moment it is received and stored at our warehouses, to when it is packaged and sent out for delivery to customers,” said Olivier Petra, Chief Executive Officer, LeL Malaysia.

Product barcodes are scanned into LeL’s warehousing system upon arrival at the warehouses, before organization and storage in LeL’s dry storage facilities. To ensure that all items meet the promised freshness requirements, LeL’s state-of-the-art First-Expiry-First-Out warehouse algorithms are able to detect any products leaving the warehouse that fall short of the 7-month expiry window.

All products covered under Lazada’s Milk Formula Guarantee will undergo a final inspection prior to the packing process and delivery to customers.

Since it was introduced in March last year, the Milk Formula Guarantee has now been further enhanced:
