MAP Fest
Suitable for kids and adults alike, the MAP Fest 2019 is an annual art and culture festival held in the Publika Shopping Gallery for three weekends (March 30 to April 14). This festival aims to develop the community and draw attention to the local performing arts scene.
There are all kinds of showcases available, with a variety of unique activities and acts lined up for art aficionados, youths and families to enjoy and participate in throughout the festival. Some of the notable kid-friendly events include Arts & Craft sessions, Kids Comedy Magic Workshops, and the TJF Junior Master Chef.
Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair
Book lovers, rejoice! Kuala Lumpur’s best book fair is back, bigger and better than ever before. Organized by the Ministry of Education, the KLIBF offers the perfect venue for bibliophiles to find new and used books of all types and genres. This year’s event will be taking place at the Putra World Trade Center from March 29th to April 7th. You can expect book launches, seminars, conventions, and more!
