The way you fuel your body will ultimately determine a lot going on in your mind – focus, concentration, energy, are all affected. This Harvard study adds even more evidence to support some of the foods that drive peak performance.

For example, potatoes and in particular the small red potatoes are a quality source of complex carbohydrates needed to balance nutrition. It’s normally all the other ‘stuff’ that is put on them that gives them a bad rap.

It is every human being’s right to defile themselves as they see fit… so ultimately, no one is going is force you to eat healthy. If, however you want to feel better, control that middle tire you have been working on and perhaps even enjoy life a little longer it is worth the effort.
