Keep to One Serving of Cereal

For those who consume breakfast cereal, this tip will help you save almost 150 calories by cutting back on cereal and at least 50 calories in extra milk.

Reduce Butter/Margarine

Without realising, we eat more than we need too – an innocent bite from your child’s plate and a munch off your co-worker’s dessert, and before you know it, you have consumed some major calories. Next time, just be mindful of your little actions. Also be careful what’s inside your drinks like alcohol, coffee and tea (There’s so much calories there too).
