Great for those who are conscious about their sugar intake

My dad is a health-conscious individual who regularly monitors his sugar intake and where they are sourced from. He recently introduced me to blackstrap molasses and ever since then, I have successfully decreased my levels of bleached white sugar consumption in my diet. This product tastes very earthy and not something that you should consume alone with water, mix it into your cake mix as an alternative for regular white sugar or brown sugar. Trust me, your health is going to thank you. The taste can be slightly strong for those who are sensitive to the taste of their ingredients, but fret not, for a little bit goes a long way for this product.
