I would say that this sachet of collagen is convinient on the go. initially I added 200 ml of water to it but it did that the taste is too mild. The next pack, I added only 150ml of water , shake and drank it. This amount of water tastes perfect for me as I prefer stronger flavour. I usually drink it once i am awake. On the 8th day , I noticed that my face seems clearer and pigmentation is slighter lighter , skin tone is more even . The antioxidants are doing the job well.
