The taste of garlic is pungent for sure, but it's my favourite. I add some to my fried rice and I get to reduce to amount of raw garlic when I cook as these sausages already provide the robust flavour of garlic to my dish. I like that the sausages remain firm after de-frosting and cooking, and that the scent and aroma after frying especially makes it all the more delicious. I simply love it, but for those of you who can't or prefer not to have garlic in your dishes, you better stay clear of this as the scent of garlic does linger right after eating.

Strong garlic taste

For some, it may be too much, but I think it should have that strong garlic taste which amplifies the whole chicken frankfurter sausage. AYAMAS seals it airtight and packages them in sixes, but enough garlic in each of them, so that we can actually distinct them. Boiled, fried or baked are just one of the many ways I tried making with it and the best way to cook it is defrosting it first, parboil and then bake till golden an crispy. Be sure to let it thaw first since it has to be kept in the freezer, otherwise, you can have an undercook inside but cooked on the surface which is risking salmonella. In total, a plus product!
