saya mengamalkan pemakanan seimbang bagi menurunkan berat badan saya. jadi sebagai salah satu menu sarapan saya ialah Roti wholemeal bersama tuna, salad, tomato dan timun. kadang-kadang saya makan bersama pasta dan sayuran. rasa ikan tuna yang sedap. perlu ditambah sedikit bahan perasa.

I don't know what is the difference when i first bought this thing because in my perspective, all tuna food will obviously taste the same but luckily this type of tuna mixture is making us healthier because of the sunflower oil. I notice it first time after I consume it almost a week. The best thing about this tuna is it is made in chunky pieces that easier to pick up and consume and the sunflower oil is considered the healthy part that makes it worthy to take along as your weekly diet.
