Filling, healthy and convenient as not much preparation needed-thus suitable for breakfast especially suitable for people like me that has limited time to prepare for breakfast. Contains important nutrients that is highly needed for everyday activities. Despite all the benefits mentioned, the price of this drinks is considered a little too high for me. ( Am aware that health can't be measured using money that's why I still continue to buy this drink and also some other drinks from the same brand)
