I used to love Korean instant noodle a lot. The last time I ate it, it makes me feel sick, my body shakes after I ate it. I remember that time I am turning to a healthier diet, but because I still love to eat Korean noodle, once a while I'll have one packet of it. And due to the last experience I had with it I decided to stop taking any brand of Korean instant noodles
