I suffer from bloated stomach when drinking fresh milk. Not only that, my stool is compact and my gut motility is affected when I drink milk. When I tried Karihome Goats milk, at first, I found the goaty taste to be strong but after I chill it in the fridge, I find it is no longer goaty and palatable. Drinking this, I no longer have constipation or compact stool and I no longer have to suffer from bloatedness. I definitely give this product a 5 Star rating eventhough most people do not like the strong goaty taste to it. Calcium is really important for the bones and the best way is via consuming it naturally.
