A spicy aromatic ready-to-cook curry sauce for meat with coconut milk, chilli, coriander and spices.
Cooking Instructions :-
1. Add 300g diced chicken or beef and 1 pack of Brahims Meat Curry Sauce to 300ml (1 1/4 cups) water.
2. Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
3. To enchance flavour, add 100g vegetables, e.g potatoes and carrots.
Always check that the product is piping hot before serving.
Ingredients :-
Onion, coconut milk, water, palm oil, salt, chilli, coriander, sugar, ginger, garlic, tumeric, modified tapioca starch, cumin, fennel, curry leaves, star anise, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and cardamom.

Easy peasy !
I love the idea of this sambal tumis sauce , it is like a life saver when you need to prepare meal for the unplanned guests at anytime in a split second ! Not to forget the taste which is so tempting ! Thumbs up !

Delicious and easy to use
Super easy. Open, pour and cook. Taste great and super creamy and delicious. Definitely one I would recommend for the busy people out there who still wants homecooked meals but minus the huge effort and work. Tasty over rice or even noodles.
