Canola Oil, the most versatile cooking oil
Why do I love cooking with Canola Oil?
Canola oil contains both omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which make it the healthiest cooking oil out there.
Canola oil has 7 per cent saturated fat, which helps cut cholesterol levels. It is rich in vitamins E and K, and reduces skin problems and ageing signs like acne, fine lines, wrinkles, blemishes and spots. Because of its light flavor, high smoke point, and smooth texture, canola oil is one of the most versatile cooking oils. What is Buckwheat? Buckwheat is a good source of protein, fiber, and energy. Commonly people avoid buckwheat in the mistaken belief that it's a type of wheat.
Despite the name, buckwheat is not wheat, is not related to wheat, and is gluten free. It's a seed rather than a grain, meaning it is gluten-free and safe for those with gluten intolerance.
Although the spaghetti tastes a bit bitter but with additional herbs and sauces, it tastes good.
Among its health benefits, buckwheat may improve heart health, promote weight loss, and help manage diabetes. It is a great source of dietary fiber, so eating it can keep constipation, indigestion and other digestive issues at bay.
